Is there local pickup?
How do refunds work?
We offer store credit for any refunds you might need. However, it is important to remember that everything except clothing is FINAL SALE including jewelry, shoes, intimates, candles, and stationery. Discounted items are also FINAL SALE. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this return policy!
Returns? Returns during the holidays?
If you have something to return, it must be unworn with tags attached. Please know the email you used at check out for us to look up the order! Returns must be completed within 7 days of purchase.
We also offer extended returns from Black Friday to New Years as lots of items sold during this time are gifts.
Our stylists hold the right to refuse to accept returns at our discretion based on items appearing worn or tags being taken off.
