Our Return Policy:

We understand, things come up. We thoroughly hope you love your purchase, but if something needs to be returned, please read the following, so we can better assist you.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

  • We do not offer refunds in the store or online.
  • Merchandise may be returned for an online or in-store store credit only within 7 DAYS of delivery arrival or purchase date in store.
  • FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Intimates include bralettes.
  • We do not accept returns on any sale items. All sale items are final sale.
  • Returned merchandise must be unworn and washed. Items that appear worn, have stains, deodorant, pet hair, etc. will not be accepted. All returned items must still have the original tags on them. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items.

We hope this encourages you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. If you are local, feel free to stop in and try it on! Everything that is “available” online is in the store.

Store Credit expires in one year from the date we issue. We get new styles and new items every single day and we hope that you find something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

Store Credit – How does it work?

  • Your store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. We will issue a store credit and it will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
  • Once your return is received, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account. We cannot refund that amount to you if you place an order prior to receiving your credit code. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for our store to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your store credit.

Where do I send my return?

  • If you are local, feel free to stop in. If your return is accepted in the store within the 7 days and meets all of the return policies, a store can be issued immediately.
  • When mailing your returned item, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
  • Clients would be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you. If you are shipping your return, our shipping address is:

Do you offer a special Holiday Return policy?

  • We do offer an extended special return policy during the holiday season! Rather than 7 days, we offer 10 days after Christmas DAY.
  • OUR HOLIDAY POLICY starts Black Friday and ends Christmas Day!
  • For instance, if you purchase something that is NOT on sale the weekend after Thanksgiving, you will have until January 5th to return.
  • These items MUST be returned with a receipt or a gift receipt. All other policies still apply.
  • Items purchased prior to Black Friday do not qualify for the Holiday Return Policy.
