Returns & Exchanges
We understand, things come up. We thoroughly hope you love your purchase, but if something needs to be returned, please read the following, so we can better assist you.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
- We do not offer refunds in the store or online.
- Merchandise may be returned for an online or in-store store credit only within 14 DAYS of delivery arrival or purchase date in store.
- FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories INCLUDE: Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags + Belts.
- Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Intimates INCLUDE bralettes.
- All Drinkware is FINAL SALE
- We do not accept returns on ALL SALES ITEMS! All ITEMS on SALES RACKS are ALL FINAL SALE.
- Returned merchandise must be unworn and washed. Items that appear worn, have stains, deodorant, pet hair, etc. will not be accepted.
- All returned items must still have the original tags on them. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items.
We hope this encourages you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. If you are local, feel free to stop in and try it on! Everything that is "available" online is in the store.
Store Credit expires in one year from the date we issue. We get new styles and new items every single day and we hope that you find something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
Store Credit – How does it work?
- Your store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. We will issue a store credit and it will only be applied for the item, and will NOT include any shipping and handling charges.
- Once your return is received, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account. We cannot refund that amount to you if you place an order prior to receiving your credit code. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for our store to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your store credit.
Do you offer a special Holiday Return policy?
- We do offer an extended special return policy during the holiday season! Rather than 7 days, we offer 10 days after Christmas DAY.
- VERY IMPORTANT:
- OUR HOLIDAY POLICY starts NOVEMBER 10TH AND DOES END ON Christmas Day!
- However, if you attend or purchase items during Pink Friday, Black Friday or during Cyber Week, there will be additional clearance items. These clearance and SALE items WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- For instance, if you purchase something that is NOT on sale the weekend after Thanksgiving, you will have until January 5th to return.
- Accepted return items MUST be returned with a digital receipt or a gift receipt. All other policies still apply.
- Items purchased prior to NOVEMBER 1OTH, do not qualify for the Holiday Return Policy.
